Interview & Apply

After completing your interview during the campus tour, your next step is to fill out our brief pre-registration forms.

Complete Registration Form

Once all documents have been reviewed and everything is in order, we’ll send you the registration form and agreement to finalize your child’s placement. Please note there is a nonrefundable annual registration fee to complete this final step.
